Lovingly supporting you through pregnancy, birth and early parenthood

Welcome to Bumps, Birth & Beyond.

The goal for us is to walk alongside and support women and families in their pregnancy, birth and parenting journeys and offer a range of services for all aspects of that journey and to bring together a group of practitioners, providers and support for you and your family.

Birth matters. And preparing yourself for birth, and life after birth, is one of the most important things you can do for your family.

I believe birth is sacred and powerful. I believe the way a child comes into world has an impact on life (yours and theirs). I am passionate about helping you and your family with that transition and I am honoured to walk beside you.

Becoming a Woman Workshop

- with Char Hill and Fiona O'Shaughnessy

Celebrate and demystify the menstrual cycle together and discover the magic and power of being a woman.

This workshop is a soulful gathering for girls, pre-menarche (onset of menstruation) or "just started”, with their mothers, to demystify the menstrual cycle and to learn about the physical and spiritual opportunities offered each month by this miraculous process.

Together we will honour the feminine experience of the menstrual cycle, celebrating becoming and being a woman and heal the “wounded feminine” of our times.

The young girls will get the opportunity to share a special connection with their mothers and other women, in a safe and loving space. All women gain a deeper understanding of the spiritual aspects of the menstrual cycle and learn practical tools to work with its energy in their everyday life.

I am grateful to live on Bundjalung Land and operate my business in this area.
I acknowledge the Traditional Owners of the land where I work and live, the Bundjalung of Ballina, and all clans within the Bundjalung Nation, and I pay my respects to Elders past and present and emerging. I celebrate the stories, culture and traditions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Elders of all communities who also work and live on this land.
In the spirit of reconciliation I acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of country throughout Australia and their connections to land, sea and community.
